Roberto holds a degree in law from Escuela Libre de Derecho of the Autonomous University of Central America was an active member of the Student Association, holds a Graduate "Legal Aspects of International Trade" at Georgetown University, 1999. It has earned an MA in Business Administration at the University of Alma Mater, the Lord Robert, he worked for major law firms in San Jose, part of his experience has advised leading companies including: The Dreams of Herradura, the Banco Anglo Costarricense, the Corporation Pipasa, Corporacion As de Oros, Mutual Heredia, Alajuela Mutual, among others. Currently has yet managed major accounts for the firm as Banco Popular, INA, City of San Jose, Distributor Agrocomercial, All Power (Kawasaki), Biovert of Spain, Bovi Agricultural Corporation SRL of Spain, Roberto is the founder and active member of the Association Credit Protector of agrochemical companies in Costa Rica.
Its scope is mainly focused on the corporate advisory, foreign investment in Costa Rica, Business Law, Civil Law, Credit Protection, Corporate Protection, Litigation in general, eighteen with 18 years experience.
